Cancellation & Refund Policy

We sell immediately accessible digital services. To keep pricing fair and prevent abuse, refunds are limited to the cases below.

1) General Rule

Once access is granted or files delivered, orders are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2) When Refunds ARE Allowed

We will refund to the original payment method if any of the following occurs:

Annual plans are not auto-renewed by default. Access ends on the plan expiry date unless you renew.

Unused credits expire after 12 months from purchase and are not refundable or encashable.

5) Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Unfounded chargebacks on delivered digital goods will be contested with delivery/access records.

6) Taxes & Invoices

Prices are treated as inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Tax invoices are issued to the billing details you provide. Taxes/fees are refundable only if the entire transaction is refunded (e.g., duplicate payment).
