Shipping & Delivery Policy (Digital Products)

This policy covers all digital items sold via our app/website, including poster templates, reel templates, credit packs, and annual access plans.

1) Nature of Goods

We provide digital content and in-app access. There is no physical shipping.

2) Order Processing & Delivery Time

Instant activation: On successful payment, plans and credits are provisioned automatically.

Starter files/collections (if included): usually available immediately in-app; in rare cases within 60 minutes (absolute maximum 24 hours).

4) Auto-Branding & Customisation

Where supported, we automatically apply your logo, address, phone, and brand colours to templates based on the details you provide. Incomplete or incorrect details can delay delivery until corrected.

5) Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered complete when any of the following occurs:

System logs and timestamps serve as proof of delivery.

6) Non-Delivery / Access Issues

If you don’t receive access within 24 hours of payment, contact support with your order ID and payment reference. We aim to resolve activation issues within 24–48 business hours.

7) Availability & Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance. Short interruptions are not treated as non-delivery. Extended incidents (over 4 hours during business hours) will be communicated via our support channels.
