These Terms govern your access to and use of our app/website and the purchase/use of our digital products, including poster templates, reel templates, credit packs, and annual access plans (the “Services”). By creating an account, installing the app, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
We provide digital content and in-app access. There is no physical shipping. Access is provisioned on successful payment as described in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of account details and for keeping your login secure. You must promptly notify support of any unauthorized access. One account license is for one legal entity and one outlet/brand unless your plan explicitly allows multi-outlet use.
Pricing, plans, feature sets, and download limits may change from time to time. Changes are posted on the site and apply prospectively. Annual plans are not auto-renewed by default. If a plan includes auto-renew, it will be clearly shown at checkout and can be cancelled before renewal.
Payments are processed via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay). You authorize us and our processors to charge your selected payment method. Refunds are handled strictly per our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Chargebacks on delivered digital goods may lead to account suspension.
When you pay for a plan/credit and access a template or export, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that output for your own business’s marketing on your channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Unless your plan explicitly allows it, you may not resell, re-license, redistribute, or provide the templates/exports to third parties, agencies, or other outlets.
We (and our licensors) own the app, templates, designs, animations, software, and all related IP. Your logo, brand name, menu, and other assets you upload remain yours. By uploading them, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display them solely to deliver the Services.
You represent that you have rights to everything you upload (logo, photos, menu, fonts, music, etc.). You are solely responsible for all claims arising from your content (including accuracy of prices, availability, and statutory disclosures such as veg/non-veg, allergens, FSSAI where applicable). You agree not to upload anything illegal, obscene, defamatory, infringing, or that violates platform policies (Meta/WhatsApp, etc.).
Free previews and trial assets may include masked phone numbers, demo links, city-only addresses, neutral colours, and/or technical constraints (e.g., lower resolution). Previews are for evaluation only and must not be used commercially. Paid activation unlocks full details and higher-quality exports.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and short interruptions may occur. Extended incidents will be communicated via our support channels.
Support hours: Mon–Sat, 10:00–18:00 IST (response typically within 24–48 business hours).
We do not guarantee sales, reach, engagement, or any specific marketing outcome. Results depend on your content choices, budget, audience, timing, platform algorithms, and external factors.
The Service may rely on third-party tools (e.g., Razorpay, WhatsApp, Meta). Their terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours. We are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to that processing.
We may send you transactional and service emails/WhatsApp messages. With your consent, we may display your brand name/logo as a customer and publish anonymized performance stories. You can opt out by contacting support.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations, fraud, non-payment, or abuse. On termination, your license ends and access to exports/credits may be revoked where a refund is granted. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity) will survive.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind (express or implied). To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our aggregate liability for all claims in any 3-month period will not exceed the fees you paid to us for the Service during that period.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where material, provide notice in-app/email. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
